Little Catholic Woman
Grandma Faley had two daughters, Cynthia &
Victoria. Cynthia had married a rich man and had become so
concerned with money that her faith no longer meant anything to
her. Victoria had married a poor man and lived contently
with her four daughters, her Mother and her husband. Victoria was a
good Catholic woman and raised her family in the faith. During
the war, both of Grandma Faley's daughters' husbands went to war and in a short time
Aunt Cynthia received a telegram. Her husband had been killed! The
family grieved the loss of their dear uncle and because Aunt Cynthia
lost all her money, she and her family moved in with Aunt
Victoria. During this time, Aunt Cynthia and her children
began to appreciate their faith as Aunt Victoria did.

simple poverty of Aunt Victoria's home, they found God...
